4 Vintage 22K Gold Declaration of Congress Tumblers Bicentennial Liberty Bell Pre-owned and in great condition! Each cup has a famous scene from the American Revolution on the interior wall of the glass. Very unique! All items that are either gently used, vintage, or antiques should be expected to have signs to show their age. This could include scratches, minor wear or tear, yellowing fading, etc...due to age and use. This usually adds to the uniqueness and individuality of the item.
