This is an Old Mill of Lancaster Pennsylvania Pewter Dish with decorative handle and a Liberty Bell Theme. This heavy dish has a diameter of approx 5 3/4" and is approx 8" from top of handle to lower edge of dish. This could be used as a candle holder, a coaster for a wine bott le, a desk organizer , etc. It has a few scrapes and dings, I do not know the age but it has a tag on back stating it was bought at a Antique store in Wexford Pa. in 1998 for another person ELREverything Lost & Remembered | eBay Stores
